By accessing or using mibeero, a community-driven fashion and product review platform hosted on Microsoft Azure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering or using mibeero, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may browse certain public areas of mibeero without creating an account. That access is still subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, as described in the introduction above. If you sign in or create an account, you must confirm your agreement to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on the consent screen before continuing to use the service.
To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your first name, last name, username, email, and country. You may sign up and sign in with a password or through third-party identity providers (Google or Microsoft). When you use OAuth, we receive profile details from the provider you choose (such as name, email, and profile image). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security concern.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, credentials, personal identifiers, and unpublished review drafts (including attached media) from the service. Public reviews and comments you posted may remain on product and brand pages in anonymized form (without your name, username, or profile link). If you were enrolled in the affiliate program, deletion ends your enrollment with the same effect as leaving the program: you will not receive future creator payouts and your PayPal email is removed, but any pending balance you already earned may still be paid if it meets the minimum payout threshold. Purchase links on your reviews may continue to work.
You may post product reviews, ratings, comments, images, videos, tags, and other materials. Your content may be visible to other users through public profiles, feeds, brand and product pages, and search. Public pages and public posts may also be accessed by search engines and AI systems that follow our robots.txt. You retain ownership of your content but grant mibeero a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and otherwise use it solely to operate and improve the service. Community features such as follows, likes, mentions, and notifications are part of the service and may expose your activity to other users according to your profile and privacy settings.
You agree not to:
1. Post unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive reviews or content.
2. Impersonate another person, brand, or organization, or misrepresent your relationship with any entity.
3. Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.
4. Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
5. Upload malicious software, spam, or content that could harm the service or other users.
6. Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access non-public areas of the service, or to exceed what our robots.txt permits for public pages.
7. Attempt unauthorized access to the platform, servers, accounts, or other users' data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that compromises the safety, integrity, or trust of the community.
mibeero is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Reviews and other user content reflect the opinions of individual users and do not represent mibeero's views. To the fullest extent permitted by law, mibeero and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the service or inability to use the platform. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on content posted by other users.
We may update these Terms of Service at our discretion. Significant changes may be communicated via email to the address associated with your account or through in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For non-material updates, continued use after we post the revised terms may also constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
mibeero grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use. Guest browsing of public content does not require an account but remains subject to these terms. Signed-in use requires the explicit acceptance described in Section 2. Misuse, including unauthorized sharing of access credentials, may result in account suspension or legal action.
All content you post must comply with applicable law and these terms. Content must not:
1. Contain false advertising, undisclosed sponsorships, or paid promotions presented as unbiased reviews without appropriate disclosure.
2. Include viruses, malware, or harmful code.
3. Violate the rights of brands, retailers, or other third parties referenced in your reviews.
mibeero may offer optional AI assist features, including drafting help for review descriptions and profile bios, and AI analysis & verification while you compose a review. When enabled, you may submit prompts, context (such as product and brand names, ratings, and draft text), and product photos together with purchase details you entered (such as country, price, and purchase URL) to receive suggested wording, product-name suggestions, or an assessment of whether your photos appear consistent with those details.
AI output and verification results are aids only — you must review, edit, and approve all text and product details before you post or save them. Suggested product names are optional; your original entry remains the default unless you choose a match. Photo verification reflects visual plausibility from the images and details you provide; it is not proof of purchase, legal verification, or a guarantee that a review is authentic. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, honesty, and legality of content you publish, including anything based on an AI suggestion or verification badge.
AI-generated text and assessments may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. They are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Do not enter sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, passwords, or financial account details) into AI prompts or review fields used with these features. AI assist may be subject to usage limits. mibeero may modify, limit, or discontinue AI assist at any time. Processing is provided through Microsoft Azure AI Foundry as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may add retailer purchase URLs to your reviews and mark products as sponsored or gifted. Purchase links must point to legitimate retailer product pages (https URLs) for the product you actually reviewed — the same item, retailer, and variant where applicable. Do not submit short links, links that embed your own affiliate tracking parameters, or links to a different product than the one in your review.
When the affiliate program is enabled, mibeero may monetize outbound purchase clicks through Sovrn Commerce. Commission is paid to mibeero; enrolled creators may receive a revenue share via manual PayPal payouts subject to program terms, minimum balances, and reconciliation with Sovrn reports. Creator click attribution and in-app earnings estimates apply only while you are enrolled: clicks are not stored or attributed to you for payout when you are not enrolled, including after you leave and before you rejoin. If you leave and later re-enroll, estimates and payout reconciliation may include commission attributed during your prior enrolled periods that has not yet been paid. Your own clicks on your reviews are not counted toward creator earnings. In-app pending balance and estimated total figures are projections from attributed click volume and an average earnings-per-click rate — not money owed. Sovrn pays mibeero mainly on qualifying sales (cost per action, CPA); only some merchants also pay per qualified click (cost per click, CPC). Actual creator amounts depend on retailer, conversion, and Sovrn reports after reconciliation. See how Sovrn pays and merchant payment models. Earnings displayed in the app are estimates only and do not by themselves determine payout eligibility. You are eligible for a creator payout when you are enrolled, have a valid PayPal email on file, your earnings have been reconciled with Sovrn reports, your reconciled balance meets the program minimum, and mibeero has received the related commission from Sovrn. Once eligible, mibeero will pay you via PayPal within 90 days. Sovrn pays mibeero only; creators are paid by mibeero. Chargebacks or clawbacks from retailers or Sovrn may reduce or delay future payouts. Enrollment and a valid PayPal email are required to receive creator payouts but are not required to save purchase URLs on reviews.
mibeero may modify, suspend, or cancel the affiliate program at any time, in whole or in part, including revenue share rates, payout timing, and eligibility requirements. Program changes take effect as stated in these Terms at the time they apply or as otherwise communicated to you. Your continued enrollment or use of purchase links after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may leave the program; purchase links on your reviews may continue to operate under mibeero's monetization.
You are responsible for the accuracy of purchase links on your reviews. If mibeero determines that you have submitted incorrect, misleading, or non-matching links, engaged in affiliate fraud or abuse (including artificially generating clicks or conversions on your own links), or otherwise violated these Terms, mibeero may remove you from the creator affiliate program immediately, with or without terminating your account. Removal may include forfeiture of unreconciled balances and in-app estimates; mibeero has no obligation to pay creator revenue share on commission it does not receive from Sovrn or that is reversed through chargebacks or clawbacks. This does not limit mibeero's right to suspend or terminate your account under Section 6.
mibeero offers free access to core reviewing features plus optional paid plans: Pro Creator (user-level subscription) and Brand Owner (a separate subscription per brand page). Paid features, limits, and pricing may change with notice as described in Section 8.
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Taxes may apply. You can manage payment methods and cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal from billing settings. Cancellation and proration follow Stripe and our billing configuration; access may continue through the end of a paid period where applicable.
While you write a review, mibeero may autosave unpublished drafts to your account so you can resume later. Draft limits depend on your plan (for example, up to 2 saved drafts on the free plan and higher limits on Pro Creator). Saved review drafts are private until you publish them.
Pro Creator perks (such as unlimited AI assist, Pro badge on profile and reviews, higher saved review draft limits, price alerts, and analytics) require an active Pro subscription. Brand Owner does not automatically claim a brand: after purchase you must attach the subscription to a brand, complete domain verification, and pass manual admin review. Payment does not guarantee claim approval.
You must truthfully represent any brand you claim. False or misleading claims violate Section 5 and may result in claim rejection, subscription forfeiture without refund, or account termination. An official brand badge indicates an approved claim with active billing for that brand — not a trademark license or endorsement beyond operating the service.
If brand billing fails or ends, official status and owner customizations end and the brand page reverts to normal community state. The prior subscriber has a 30-day exclusivity window to renew and complete verification again before other eligible users may claim the brand. Renewing requires the same verification process; the brand may no longer be available if another owner was approved. If a claim is rejected before approval, you may attach the subscription to a different brand or cancel via the billing portal.
All trademarks, software, and content developed by mibeero remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit permission. You represent that you have the rights to content you upload and that doing so does not infringe third-party rights.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by mibeero without restriction or compensation.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may provide notices to you by email at the address on your account or through in-app messaging. You agree that such communications satisfy any legal written-notice requirements to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Brand names, logos, and product names referenced in user reviews or elsewhere on mibeero are the property of their respective owners. Such references are for identification and review purposes only and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership unless expressly stated.
